I think this is interesting, if you’re going to donate money in large amounts this is just the kind of over site I like. Now you can choose to shop at Target or not but now you know how they feel about things. I don’t care if shop there anymore but you but you should know this kind of thing before yo u do.
Ok here is my plan I wish exercise was going to be enough but my body is a literal mess. If you want a before pic just look at anything in my gallery. You’ll get a taster of where I’ve let myself go. So I’m handling this in two parts.
One. Diet.
I am going on the Paleo Diet which is basically this don’t eat anything after the advent of farming and nothing processed at all. What this means is if it’s a vegetable that has be to cooked to be eaten then don’t eat it. Also no salt, sugar, and dairy. So it’s just meat, vegetables, nuts, and fruit. No starches, grains, anything like that. I’m only in day one so far so good I guess. I went on a low carb diet before this is actually a little easier to do as there is fruit and nuts and in my opinion it’s a healthier diet.

Second I’m doing crossfit which is brutal but seems pretty fricking awesome so far even though it’s really really fucking hard. I know I’m going to get in shape though and that’s exciting. I want to be in some of the best shape of my life by my birthday so this seems like the way to go.
So far one week of doing this for real and no results yet although I am coughing up flem all day so that’s probably a sign. I also feel slightly better. I’ll keep you posted if you have any questions let me know. If this interests you at all.
